Go methodically through each room of your home and gather the following information.

  2. All appliances and their wattage
    1. Use the Kill-a-watt meter to assess the items (sign out a unit)
    2. if amperes are given multiply number by 110V to get watts
  3. Amount of time in use per day (estimate)
  4. Divide minutes by 60 to get the decimal of an hour
  5. Then complete the following spreadsheet
    1. Get your last month power bill
    2. Click on KILL_A_WATT
    3. Make a copy of the file and rename to
      (this is worth 10pts)
